Medical Freedom From Insurance Restrictions and High Co-Pays!

It can be so tempting to put off your next appointment due to lack of insurance or high insurance co-pays. At Preferred Wellness, we make it easier than ever to schedule an annual or sick visit. We do not accept insurance; therefore, you have no restrictions on treatments and flexibility with payment options:

Our $100 Monthly Membership Plan includes:

Quality care for patients aged 18-64
Unlimited visits*
Annual lab work
Prioritized scheduling
24/7 access to your medical provider
Discounts for additional service packages

Each additional family member is $80 a month.

Any additional charge for testing, procedures, or additional services will always be discussed prior to ordering.

*The need for a visit is determined by your provider. After-hour visits require an additional charge of $50.

Our Non-Member Services include:

Physical Exams, $45 per exam.
Same or Next-Day Telehealth Visits*, $60 per visit.
One Time Prescription Refills, $35 per refill appointment.
- Refills are available at the discretion of the medical provider. No controlled substances. You must be currently taking the medication, and the last refill must have been within the past 3 months.
